Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If mediation does not resolve the issue within 60 days, the dispute will proceed to final and binding arbitration under the rules of the Cyprus Arbitration and Mediation Centre (or another mutually agreed institution).

If negotiation, mediation, and arbitration do not resolve the dispute, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus.
